Victoria has been undertaking and reviewing lifecycle models since 1998; as cost challenger or providing opinions on the adequacy of the ‘pot’ on primary, secondary equity and refinancing in addition to producing lifecycle models.

Since DGW was formed we have provided BREEAM compliant, lifecycle models at design stages 2 and 4 with robust optioneering to optimise critical value over the life of the building for over 30 projects. Projects have included significant commercial and mixed use developments in London and landmark designs.
